This training equips defense Investigators with an essential foundation in navigating the ethical challenges that sometimes arise within our casework.  Through case examples, scenarios, and discussion, participants will gain practical insights into successfully managing ethical dilemmas.  We will touch on some of the common topics such as confidentiality, conflicts of interest, evidence handling, interview memorialization, and much more. This training aims to empower investigators to uphold ethical standards while working effectively on behalf of clients.
